As we sell courses and mock tests people may request a refund<\/strong> by writing us through the contact us<\/strong> page only if they haven’t used the service<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IF REQUESTED BEFORE 7 DAYS AssamTest.In\u2019S Mock Tests\/Online Test Series\/Exam Preparation Package only in the following cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
